Directions

Grate a boiled potato and paneer.

Add corn starch, spices and water.

Roll into balls and fry until golden brown.

Chop onions and green chillies.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add whole spices and toast.

Add onions, cashews, green chillies, tomato paste, red chilli powder, turmeric and coriander powder.

Cook for a few minutes.

Remove cinnamon stick and blend the mixture.

In the same pan, add more oil and cumin seeds. Toast.

Add ginger-garlic paste then the blended paste.

Finish with garam masala, cream, and water to adjust consistency.

Add salt, sugar, and kasuri methi.

Add the koftas and enjoy!

1 touch water
1 onions
1 handful green chillies
1 oil
1 handful whole spices
1 handful cashews
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 pinch red chilli powder
1 pinch turmeric
1 pinch coriander powder
1 cinnamon stick
1 pinch cumin seeds
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 pinch garam masala
1 cup cream
1 as needed water
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar
1 pinch kasuri methi
