- 1Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
- 2In a mixing bowl, combine bisquick and milk.
- 3Whisk until beautifully combined.
- 4Pour into the baking dish and spread across the bottom.
- 5Par-bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
- 6Brown ground beef in a hot oiled pan.
- 7Add diced onion and bell pepper, and sauté.
- 8Stir in taco seasoning.
- 9Set aside.
- 10In another mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and pepper jack cheese.
- 11Mix well and set aside.
- 12Take the biscuit base out of the oven.
- 13Layer the meat over the biscuits.
- 14Pour drained Ro-tel over the meat and spread it out.
- 15Spread the cheese mixture over the tomatoes.
- 16Add extra pepper jack and cheddar cheese on top.
- 17Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- 18Let cool, serve, and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
