Directions
- 1Add chicken pieces to the Instant Pot.
- 2Add paprika, salt, fennel seeds, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, creole seasoning and oil to the chicken.
- 3Add diced tomatoes, dried herbs, and chipotle peppers.
- 4Close the Instant Pot and cook the chicken according to the Instant Pot instructions.
- 5Shred the cooked chicken using a fork or tongs.
- 6Serve over rice with bread.
