Directions

  1. 1Add garlic cloves to a blender.
  2. 2Add salt and sugar.
  3. 3Pour in lemon juice, a touch of vinegar, some oil, and some water.
  4. 4Blend until very fine.
  5. 5Add mayo and one cup of water to the mixture.
  6. 6Add two pieces of ice.
  7. 7Blend quickly.
  8. 8Add parsley.
  9. 9Blend again to incorporate the parsley.

  • 2 pieces ice
