Add grape tomatoes to a baking dish and drizzle generously with olive oil (enough to coat the bottom of your dish).

Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, parsley, and oregano.

Bake at 425°F for 20-30 mins until tomatoes burst (you can gently smash them halfway if they need some assistance in the ‘bursting’ process).

Slice a French bread baguette.

Spread garlic butter (butter, garlic, salt, parsley, parm) on the sliced baguette.

Toast the baguette slices for 5–7 mins until golden.

Once the roasted tomatoes come out of the oven, top them with Parmesan.

Add fresh basil to the roasted tomatoes.

Add burrata to the roasted tomatoes.

Stir everything together until combined.

Serve hot with crispy garlic crostinis.
