Roasted Tomato Burrata Dip with Garlic Bread Crostinis

Directions

  1. 1Add grape tomatoes to a baking dish and drizzle generously with olive oil (enough to coat the bottom of your dish).
  2. 2Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, parsley, and oregano.
  3. 3Bake at 425°F for 20-30 mins until tomatoes burst (you can gently smash them halfway if they need some assistance in the ‘bursting’ process).
  4. 4Slice a French bread baguette.
  5. 5Spread garlic butter (butter, garlic, salt, parsley, parm) on the sliced baguette.
  6. 6Toast the baguette slices for 5–7 mins until golden.
  7. 7Once the roasted tomatoes come out of the oven, top them with Parmesan.
  8. 8Add fresh basil to the roasted tomatoes.
  9. 9Add burrata to the roasted tomatoes.
  10. 10Stir everything together until combined.
  11. 11Serve hot with crispy garlic crostinis.
