Directions

  1. 1Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise, then slice off the hump on the back of each half so the strawberries lay flat.
  2. 2Place them on a baking sheet and set aside.
  3. 3Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. 4Pour in the heavy whipping cream, then whip until mixture has slightly thickened.
  5. 5Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake filling and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top before serving.
