Directions
- 1Start with one-inch slices of sausage.
- 2Wrap each sausage slice with thick-cut bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- 3In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, diced jalapeños and barbecue rub.
- 4Put the mixture in a ziploc bag, cut the corner and pipe it into each bacon-wrapped sausage.
- 5Top with a jalapeño slice.
- 6Grill the pig shots until the bacon is crispy.
- 7Make a glaze with maple syrup, honey, and bourbon.
- 8Drizzle the glaze over the pig shots on the grill.
