Directions
- 1Drop a pound of sausage onto a hot oiled pan, break it up, brown it, and drain it.
- 2Transfer the cooked sausage to a mixing bowl.
- 3Add a block of softened cream cheese to the sausage and mix it all together.
- 4Add one drained can of Rotel to the mixture.
- 5Season with about a quarter teaspoon each of salt, pepper, and garlic, or however you'd like.
- 6Give the mixture one more good mix and then set it aside.
- 7Grab a baking sheet and a tube of crescent rolls.
- 8Unroll the crescent roll sheet, separate it into triangles.
- 9Grab a pizza cutter and cut each triangle into two smaller triangles.
- 10Take a scoop of the meat mixture and ploop it onto the large end of each crescent roll triangle.
- 11Start rolling up the triangles with the mixture inside.
- 12Once all are rolled up, throw the whole thing in the oven at 375 for about 15 minutes.
- 13Let them cool off for a minute before eating.

- You can play around with the seasonings to make them your own.
- This recipe makes three times the amount shown in the video.
- You can choose not to cut the crescent roll triangles in half if you prefer larger rolls.
