Crispy Honey Garlic Butter Chicken & Rice

Directions

  1. 1Grab your diced chicken breast, add some garlic powder, pepper, soy sauce, an egg, and mix it well.
  2. 2Add potato starch along with the chicken into a container, close it and give it a good shake to coat all of the chicken evenly.
  3. 3Add light cooking oil spray and air fry or oven bake with the settings on screen until golden brown and crispy.
  4. 4Add washed white rice to a rice cooker, and instead of adding water, add chicken broth to increase the protein and the flavor.
  5. 5In a bowl, add honey, reduced salt soy sauce, water, lots of garlic, potato or corn starch, and whisk it well for the sauce.
  6. 6Melt some light butter on a pan, add the sauce and continue stirring until it's nice and thick.
  7. 7Add the chicken back into the sauce and mix well to combine.
  8. 8Equally distribute everything into six servings with your choice of toppings and sides, and enjoy.
