Directions

  1. 1끓는 물에 국수를 3~4분간 삶아 찬물에 헹군 뒤 참기름에 살짝 버무려둡니다.
  2. 2뚝배기에 오일을 두르고 된장 1큰술과 쌈장 1큰술을 넣어 볶습니다.
  3. 3물 400ml를 넣고 된장을 풀어줍니다.
  4. 4양파와 애호박을 넣어 익힙니다.
  5. 5차돌박이와 국수를 넣고 30초 끓여줍니다.
  6. 6청양고추와 홍고추를 올려 마무리합니다.

  • 60 g 국수
  • 0.2 개 애호박
  • 0.5 개 양파
  • 0.5 개 청양고추
  • 0.5 개 홍고추
  • 1 큰술 된장
  • 1 큰술 쌈장
  • 400 ml 물
  • 오일
  • 참기름
