Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Gravy
Directions
- 1Clean and wash potatoes, cut them in roughly the same size.
- 2In a large pot, boil potatoes with garlic until fork tender.
- 3Drain the water.
- 4In a skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter.
- 5Add flour and let it brown.
- 6Whisk in chicken broth until desired consistency.
- 7Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- 8Add potatoes to the pot.
- 9Add 1 tablespoon of butter, heavy cream, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
- 10Mash until smooth.
