Directions

  1. 1In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, and 1/2 cup of buttermilk.
  2. 2Add 4 ounces of crumbled blue cheese.
  3. 3Squeeze in the juice of 1/2 lemon.
  4. 4Add a few dashes of Tabasco and lots of freshly ground black pepper.
  5. 5Add a handful of minced chives and one grated clove of garlic.
  6. 6Mix all ingredients and chill in the refrigerator.
  7. 7Chop the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  8. 8Chop the cooked bacon.
  9. 9Serve by tossing the lettuce with the dressing and arrange toppings on top.

  • 4 ounces blue cheese crumbles
  • 0.5 lemon lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Tabasco
  • 1 lots black pepper
  • 1 handful minced chives
  • 1 clove grated garlic
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 3 slices crispy bacon
  • 1 egg hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 red onion
