Directions

  1. 1Peel and cut a potato into pieces.
  2. 2Boil the potato pieces in salted water until soft.
  3. 3Mash the boiled potatoes using a ricer.
  4. 4Add cornstarch and sugar to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
  5. 5Roll the potato mixture into balls, flatten them, add cheese in the middle, cover with the remaining mixture, and flatten again.
  6. 6Shallow fry the potato patties until golden brown on both sides.

  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 40 grams cheese
