Directions
- 1Peel and cut a potato into pieces.

- 4Add cornstarch and sugar to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
- 5Roll the potato mixture into balls, flatten them, add cheese in the middle, cover with the remaining mixture, and flatten again.
- 6Shallow fry the potato patties until golden brown on both sides.
