Crispy Chicken Strips, Homemade Fries & Spicy Greek Yogurt Dip

Directions

  1. 1Add the chicken strips to a bowl.
  2. 2Add 1tsp of each of the seasonings (smoked paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt) along with the egg to the chicken strips and mix well.
  3. 3Coat the chicken strips fully in the breadcrumb mix, seasoned with the same seasonings.
  4. 4Place chicken in an air fryer and lightly spray with oil.
  5. 5Air fry chicken at 190–200°C until golden and crispy (around 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness).
  6. 6Flip chicken halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
  7. 7Cut potatoes into fries.
  8. 8Soak cut potatoes in water for 20–30 minutes to remove starch.
  9. 9Drain potatoes and pat completely dry.
  10. 10Drizzle potatoes with a small amount of olive oil.
  11. 11Season potatoes with oregano and salt.
  12. 12Air fry potatoes at 185°C for 15 minutes.
  13. 13Increase air fryer temperature to 200°C and air fry for another 5 minutes to crisp them up.
  14. 14Mix Greek yogurt, Sriracha, Worcestershire sauce, and salt together in a bowl.
  15. 15Taste the sauce and adjust the spice/salt level as desired.
