Add the chicken strips to a bowl.

Add 1tsp of each of the seasonings (smoked paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt) along with the egg to the chicken strips and mix well.

Coat the chicken strips fully in the breadcrumb mix, seasoned with the same seasonings.

Place chicken in an air fryer and lightly spray with oil.

Air fry chicken at 190–200°C until golden and crispy (around 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness).

Flip chicken halfway through cooking for even crispiness.

Cut potatoes into fries.

Soak cut potatoes in water for 20–30 minutes to remove starch.

Drain potatoes and pat completely dry.

Drizzle potatoes with a small amount of olive oil.

Season potatoes with oregano and salt.

Air fry potatoes at 185°C for 15 minutes.

Increase air fryer temperature to 200°C and air fry for another 5 minutes to crisp them up.

Mix Greek yogurt, Sriracha, Worcestershire sauce, and salt together in a bowl.

Taste the sauce and adjust the spice/salt level as desired.
