Directions
- 1In a glass bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Whisk until well combined.
- 2Add 2 eggs and 1 egg yolk. Whisk.
- 3Add vanilla extract and whisk.
- 4Add oil and whisk until combined.
- 5Add cocoa powder and whisk until smooth.
- 6Add flour, baking soda, salt, and cornstarch. Whisk until combined.
- 7Add chocolate chips and whisk for the last time.
- 8Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan and line with parchment paper.
- 9Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- 10Bake at 325°F for 30-35 minutes.
