7Whisk until smooth, then dip the chicken into the mixture and coat evenly.
8Melt one tablespoon of butter in a pan, spread it around, and cook the chicken until both sides are golden brown.
9Once ready, set it aside.
10In the same pan, pour one cup of chicken broth, add three minced garlic cloves, the juice of half a lime, parsley, and one more tablespoon of butter.
11Stir until the sauce thickens, then return the chicken and coat it in that rich, flavorful mix.
