Directions

  1. 1Brown the ground hamburger.
  2. 2Soften two sweet onions and two peppers.
  3. 3Season with two packets of taco seasoning and two packets of ranch seasoning.
  4. 4Add two cans of drained black beans.
  5. 5Add two cans of Rotel.
  6. 6Add two cans of whole kernel corn.
  7. 7Add one carton of chicken broth (or beef broth for a darker soup).
  8. 8Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
  9. 9Add cream cheese cut into chunks.
  10. 10Stir and let melt.
  11. 11Taste test and add Ortega for more flavor.
  12. 12Top with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream.

  • 2 packets ranch seasoning
  • 2 cans black beans

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 bottle Ortega
  • 1 serving shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 serving sour cream
