Add one bag of frozen chopped onions into the crockpot.

Add one bag of frozen sweetcorn into the crockpot.

Add a 22-ounce bag of chicken meatballs into the crockpot.

Add a 7-ounce can of diced green chillies into the crockpot.

Add one package of taco seasoning into the crockpot.

Add one box of chicken stock into the crockpot.

Stir all ingredients together.

Add two cans of rinsed white great northern beans into the crockpot.

Stir the beans into the mixture.

Cook the chili for 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.

During the last hour of cooking, add a block of cream cheese and let it melt.

Stir the melted cream cheese into the chili.

If desired, add a cornstarch slurry (approx 3 tbsp cornstarch + 2-3 tbsp water) to thicken the chili and cook for about 15 minutes.

2 cans white great northern beans
1 block cream cheese
3 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water

Tips
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
Rinse the beans before adding them.
Adjust thickness with a cornstarch slurry.
