White Chicken Chili

Directions

  1. 1Add one bag of frozen chopped onions into the crockpot.
  2. 2Add one bag of frozen sweetcorn into the crockpot.
  3. 3Add a 22-ounce bag of chicken meatballs into the crockpot.
  4. 4Add a 7-ounce can of diced green chillies into the crockpot.
  5. 5Add one package of taco seasoning into the crockpot.
  6. 6Add one box of chicken stock into the crockpot.
  7. 7Stir all ingredients together.
  8. 8Add two cans of rinsed white great northern beans into the crockpot.
  9. 9Stir the beans into the mixture.
  10. 10Cook the chili for 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
  11. 11During the last hour of cooking, add a block of cream cheese and let it melt.
  12. 12Stir the melted cream cheese into the chili.
  13. 13If desired, add a cornstarch slurry (approx 3 tbsp cornstarch + 2-3 tbsp water) to thicken the chili and cook for about 15 minutes.

Tips
