Directions

  1. 1Melt butter.
  2. 2Add minced garlic, paprika, lemon pepper, Cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and Old Bay to the melted butter.
  3. 3Mix the sauce ingredients together really well.
  4. 4Pour the sauce over the pearl onions.
  5. 5Add parchment paper and tin foil on top of the dish.
  6. 6Bake at 350° covered for 60 minutes.
  7. 7Uncover and bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

  • 10 ounce bag frozen pearl onions or fresh pearl onions
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 0.5 tablespoon Paprika
  • 0.5 tablespoon Lemon pepper
  • 0.5 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 0.5 tablespoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Old bay
