Add the frozen Italian meatballs to the crockpot.

Pour in the chicken stock.

Add the cream of chicken soup.

Add the sun dried tomatoes.

Add the Italian seasoning.

Add the minced onion.

Add the crushed red pepper.

Add the garlic powder.

Mix the ingredients.

Cover the crockpot and set to high for 3 hours or low if you're going to work.

Add the gnocchi.

Add half a pint of heavy whipping cream.

Add the baby spinach.

Cover the crockpot and cook on high for another 15 to 20 minutes.

Before serving, grate some parmesan on top.

Serve for dinner.

2 pounds frozen Italian meatballs
4 cups chicken stock
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 jar sun dried tomatoes
a little bit Italian seasoning
a good bit minced onion
crushed red pepper
garlic powder
2 pounds gnocchi
0.5 pint heavy whipping cream
baby spinach
parmesan

Tips
For a faster cook time, set the crockpot to high for 3 hours.
For a longer cook time, set the crockpot to low.
Serve with garlic toast.
