Directions

  1. 1Place a strainer over a bowl and drain the canned peaches and syrup. Use a can of peaches weighing 450 grams.
  2. 2Place the peaches into a blender. Carefully add the peaches to the blender to avoid spilling the syrup.
  3. 3Cover the blender and blend the peaches until you get a creamy mixture.
  4. 4Pour the mixture into a bowl and combine it with the sweetened condensed milk. Use one box of sweetened condensed milk weighing 400 grams.
  5. 5Mix well with the peach puree.
  6. 6In another bowl, whip heavy cream until thick and firm. Use 500 milliliters.
  7. 7Take the peach and sweetened condensed milk mixture and pour it gently over the whipped cream.
  8. 8Use a spatula to gently fold the mixture into the whipped cream to keep it fluffy.
  9. 9Add chocolate chips and stir again to evenly distribute.
  10. 10Transfer the mixture into a container to freeze. Pour it all in and spread it evenly to ensure it's smooth and uniform.
  11. 11Place it in the freezer for at least four hours.
  12. 12Remove the ice cream from the freezer; it's ready to serve. Scoop out a generous portion and place it on a plate.
  13. 13Add an optional topping for an extra touch.
