Directions
1
Place a strainer over a bowl and drain the canned peaches and syrup. Use a can of peaches weighing 450 grams.
2
Place the peaches into a blender. Carefully add the peaches to the blender to avoid spilling the syrup.
3
Cover the blender and blend the peaches until you get a creamy mixture.
4
Pour the mixture into a bowl and combine it with the sweetened condensed milk. Use one box of sweetened condensed milk weighing 400 grams.
5
Mix well with the peach puree.
6
In another bowl, whip heavy cream until thick and firm. Use 500 milliliters.
7
Take the peach and sweetened condensed milk mixture and pour it gently over the whipped cream.
8
Use a spatula to gently fold the mixture into the whipped cream to keep it fluffy.
9
Add chocolate chips and stir again to evenly distribute.
10
Transfer the mixture into a container to freeze. Pour it all in and spread it evenly to ensure it's smooth and uniform.
11
Place it in the freezer for at least four hours.
12
Remove the ice cream from the freezer; it's ready to serve. Scoop out a generous portion and place it on a plate.
13
Add an optional topping for an extra touch.
