Cube the leftover ham and throw it in a mixing bowl.

Add one 20 oz package of refrigerated hash browns.

Shred an 8 oz block of cheddar cheese and drop it in the bowl.

Toss the ingredients to combine them.

Drop the combined mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish and spread it out evenly across the bottom.

In the mixing bowl, add 12 whole eggs, 1 cup of whole milk, a little bit of salt and pepper, and any other seasonings.

Whisk until everything is beautifully combined.

Pour the egg mixture on top of everything in the baking dish.

Use the back of a spoon to push things down and ensure they are properly submerged.

Put the baking dish in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes.

When it comes out, it should be crispy and golden brown on top.
