Directions

  1. 1Mix together cream cheese, yoghurt, corn starch, sweetener and egg until smooth.
  2. 2Pour mixture into a muffin mold.
  3. 3Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. 4Let them cool.
  5. 5Top with a teaspoon of melted biscoff.
  6. 6Top with biscoff crumbs.
  7. 7Refrigerate for a few hours until set.

  • 2 /3 cup light cream cheese
  • 1 /2 cup yoghurt
  • 1 /2 tbs corn starch
  • 1 /4 cup sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp melted biscoff
  • 1 tsp biscoff crumbs
