Directions

  1. 1Add one can of rinsed chickpeas, one ice cube, two cloves of garlic, 1/3 cup of tahini, two tablespoons of lemon juice, salt to taste, and lemon zest to a food processor.
  2. 2Blend until thick and creamy. Taste and adjust salt and lemon levels.
  3. 3Spread the hummus on a plate.
  4. 4Finely chop the garlic and saute it in a pan.
  5. 5Cut the top sirloin into cubes and sear them in a pan with avocado oil and spices.
  6. 6In the last two minutes of cooking the meat, add a handful of pine nuts.
  7. 7Roast the pine nuts in a pan until golden brown.
  8. 8Top the hummus with the cooked meat, and garnish with roasted pine nuts and mint leaves.
  9. 9Drizzle with olive oil and pomegranate molasses.

  • 1 pomegranate molasses
