Chicken Spaghetti

Directions

  1. 1Place three good-sized chicken breasts into the crockpot.
  2. 2Season the chicken breasts with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3Add one can of Rotel to the crockpot.
  4. 4Add 20 ounces of cream of chicken soup to the crockpot.
  5. 5Cook on low for 4 hours.
  6. 6Remove the chicken breasts from the crockpot.
  7. 7Rough chop the chicken breasts into chunks on a cutting board.
  8. 8Return the chopped chicken to the crockpot.
  9. 9Add two cups of Colby Jack cheese to the mixture.
  10. 10Add a dollop of Daisy sour cream to the crockpot.
  11. 11Stir the mixture well and set it to keep warm so the cheese melts down.
  12. 12Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  13. 13Cook one pound (16 ounces) of spaghetti in the boiling water.
  14. 14Add the cooked spaghetti to the crockpot.
  15. 15Mix the spaghetti into the chicken and sauce.
  16. 16Add a little parsley for fancy Instagram folks or Italian seasoning.
  17. 17Grate a 16-ounce block of cheese.
  18. 18Add the rest of the grated cheese to the crockpot.
  19. 19Serve and enjoy.

Tips
