1Whisk together 2 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda. Set aside.
2For the crumble, combine 1.75 cups of flour, 1 cup of brown sugar, and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
3Break up any large brown sugar lumps in the crumble mixture.
4Cut 0.75 cup of cold butter into small chunks.
5Add the cold butter to the crumble mixture and combine with a fork, then finish mixing with your hands until crumbly.
6Place the crumble in the fridge.
7For the moist ingredients, combine 0.5 cup of butter, 2 eggs, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of sour cream, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract (or paste) and mix well.
8Add the dry ingredients to the moist ingredients and mix on low speed until just blended.
9Pour about half (or 60%) of the batter into a loaf pan.
10Place about half of the streusel topping in the center of the batter in the loaf pan.
11Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top of the streusel layer.
12Add the remaining cake batter on top of the streusel layer.
13Crumble the rest of the streusel topping directly on top of the cake batter.
14Sprinkle a final layer of cinnamon on top.
15Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 to 55 minutes.

Tips
