Start with 2 pounds of beef stew meat.

Season the beef stew meat with Nature's seasoning, Sopa Mama, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

Heat up some avocado oil in a large pot.

Brown the meat for a few minutes.

Add in celery, carrots, and onions and cook them down for a few minutes.

Add in a can of diced tomatoes, some frozen green beans, some frozen corn, frozen peas, some chopped potatoes, and cabbage.

Add in 2 cups of V8 vegetable juice, a heaping spoonful of Better Than Bouillon beef base, and 2 cups of water.

Season it with some Worcestershire sauce and all the seasonings that were used earlier to season the meat.

Give it a really good mix.

Let that come to a boil.

Put the lid on and turn it down to a simmer.

Let it cook for about an hour and a half to 2 hours or until everything is tender.

Give it a taste and add salt and pepper if needed.
