Old Fashioned Vegetable Beef Soup

Directions

  1. 1Start with 2 pounds of beef stew meat.
  2. 2Season the beef stew meat with Nature's seasoning, Sopa Mama, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. 3Heat up some avocado oil in a large pot.
  4. 4Brown the meat for a few minutes.
  5. 5Add in celery, carrots, and onions and cook them down for a few minutes.
  6. 6Add in a can of diced tomatoes, some frozen green beans, some frozen corn, frozen peas, some chopped potatoes, and cabbage.
  7. 7Add in 2 cups of V8 vegetable juice, a heaping spoonful of Better Than Bouillon beef base, and 2 cups of water.
  8. 8Season it with some Worcestershire sauce and all the seasonings that were used earlier to season the meat.
  9. 9Give it a really good mix.
  10. 10Let that come to a boil.
  11. 11Put the lid on and turn it down to a simmer.
  12. 12Let it cook for about an hour and a half to 2 hours or until everything is tender.
  13. 13Give it a taste and add salt and pepper if needed.
