- 6Cover with the other half of the focaccia, wrap, and cut in half.
- 7In a bowl, mix mustard, honey, and olive oil.

- 10Add some Cantabria cream cheese on top.
- 11Torch the cheese.
- 12Add more sauce and cover with another slice of toasted bread, wrap, and cut in half.
- 13In a tall glass, blend black olives, capers, olive oil, and a splash of lemon juice until smooth.
- 14Cut Comté cheese.
- 15Spread olive sauce on the focaccia halves.
- 16Add lomo embuchado and slices of Comté cheese.
- 17Spread some tomato concentrate on the top piece of focaccia.
- 18Add lamb's lettuce, cover, wrap and cut in half.
