- 8Distribute the cooked ground beef over the cheese.
- 9Place slices of red onion and pickles on the pizza.
- 10Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the toppings.
- 11Bake the pizza until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 12Top with shredded lettuce after baking.
