Directions

  1. 1Melt 1/2 cup of butter in a frying pan.
  2. 2Add 2 cups of heavy cream to the melted butter.
  3. 3Add 1 tsp of Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4Add 2 cups of parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  5. 5Add a handful of parsley and stir to combine.
  6. 6Add 1 box of fettuccine and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
  7. 7Add some pasta water and stir until the sauce thickens.
  8. 8Serve and garnish with extra parsley if desired.
