Preheat oven to 180 Hold up sweet potato.

In a bowl, combine mashed sweet potato, peanut butter, maple syrup, and yogurt.

Sift in cocoa powder and baking powder and mix until smooth.

Add in yogurt.

Add in peanut butter.

Stir in most of the chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.

Transfer batter to the loaf tin, smooth the top, and sprinkle with reserved chips.

Bake for 30 minutes, turn off the oven and let it cool completely before slicing.

100 g peanut butter
40 ml maple syrup
60 g Greek-style yogurt
40 g cocoa powder, sifted
0.5 tsp baking powder
30 g dark chocolate chips
