4For the steam method: Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Place the baking dish inside the pot, cover, and steam for 20–23 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
5For the oven method: Place the baking dish inside a larger dish filled with hot water, cover tightly with foil, and bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes.
6Top with soy sauce, chili crisp, green onions, and sesame seeds before serving.
