Directions

  1. 1Stuff the inside of the chicken with a mixture of chopped chicken, white bread, an egg, parsley, garlic, chili flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. 2Pack the chicken tightly.
  3. 3Tie the chicken with kitchen twine.
  4. 4Lightly salt the outside of the chicken.
  5. 5Bake the chicken at 180°C for about 1 hour.
  6. 6Serve with creamy mashed potatoes and a buttery sauce.
