Directions

  1. 1Toast the bread slices.
  2. 2Spread melted cheese on one slice of bread.
  3. 3Add pesto to the cheese.
  4. 4Add the sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. 5Place mozzarella slices on top.
  6. 6Use a kitchen blowtorch to melt the cheese.
  7. 7Top with another slice of toasted bread.
  8. 8Drizzle balsamic glaze over the sandwich.
  9. 9Cut the sandwich in half.
  10. 10Serve and enjoy!

  • 2 spoonfuls pesto
  • 4 slices sun-dried tomatoes
  • 3 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
