  1. 1Add coffee, coconut milk, chia seeds and honey to a blender.
  2. 2Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. 3Pour into a tray or molds.
  4. 4Freeze 2–3 hours until firm.

  • 2 tablespoons honey
