Directions

  1. 1Cut the bananas into pieces.
  2. 2Freeze the banana pieces for one night.
  3. 3Put the frozen banana pieces in a blender.
  4. 4Add the vanilla extract, vegetable milk and a pinch of salt.
  5. 5Blend until creamy and dense.
  6. 6Fill the ice cream molds with the cream.
  7. 7Insert the sticks.
  8. 8Put in the freezer.
  9. 9Dip in melted chocolate.

  • 4 bananas
  • 2 cucchiai vanilla extract
  • 2 cucchiai vegetable milk
  • pizzico salt
  • 500 g dark chocolate
  • granella chopped almonds

Tips

  • Freeze the bananas overnight.
