Peach Cobbler

Directions
- 1Boil water.
- 2Add four peaches to the boiling water for 30 seconds to help peel the skin.
- 3Put the boiled peaches into a bowl.
- 4Peel the skin off the peaches.
- 5Cut the peaches into slices.
- 6Add peaches to a bowl and mix with brown sugar, cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, vanilla paste, and maple syrup.
- 7Add peaches to the baking dish.
- 8Put in oven for 15 minutes at 375.
- 9Make the crust by mixing flour, sugar, egg, melted unsalted butter, baking powder, salt, and Mexican vanilla.
- 10Add the crust to the top of the peaches.
- 11Put in oven for 30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- 12Add a scoop of ice cream.

- 1 cup flour
- 0.75 cup sugar

- 0.5 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- little bit mexican vanilla
- scoop ice cream
