3Add in the chopped onions and cook until the beef is no longer pink and the onions are translucent.
4Set the cooked beef and onions aside in a large mixing bowl.
5Add thawed hash browns, cooked beef and onions, two cans of cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, paprika, and salt and pepper to the mixing bowl.
6Mix everything together.
7Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
8Add the hash brown mixture into the casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
9Add a little more paprika on top.
10Bake in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes.
