Directions

  1. 1Spread marshmallow fluff on the rim of the mug.
  2. 2Use a torch or lighter to toast the marshmallow fluff on the rim.
  3. 3Add sugar to a saucepan.
  4. 4Add cocoa to the saucepan.
  5. 5Add salt to the saucepan.
  6. 6Pour water into the saucepan.
  7. 7Whisk the mixture until combined.
  8. 8Boil the mixture for 2 minutes while stirring.
  9. 9Slowly pour in milk while stirring the mixture.
  10. 10Stir until the hot chocolate is hot enough to drink.
  11. 11Pour the hot chocolate into the prepared mug.
