Directions

  1. 1Drop a can of pumpkin puree into a mixing bowl, making sure it's 100% pumpkin puree.
  2. 2Add one can of evaporated milk and two teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice.
  3. 3Mix with a hand mixer until all combined.
  4. 4Throw in two boxes of vanilla instant pudding and keep mixing until it gets nice and thick.
  5. 5Gently crush a package of graham crackers until they are a fine powder.
  6. 6Transfer half of the pudding mixture to a serving dish.
  7. 7Make a layer of graham cracker crumbs on top of the pudding.
  8. 8Put the rest of the pudding on top of the graham cracker crumbs.
  9. 9Cover it with plastic before you throw it in the fridge because it stops the pudding skin from forming.
  10. 10Once the pudding is ready, rip off the plastic.
  11. 11Cover it in whipped cream if you're feeling fancy.
