Directions

  1. 1Wash and boil the potatoes.
  2. 2Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes.
  3. 3Add minced garlic and parsley.
  4. 4Smash the boiled potatoes
  5. 5Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper
  6. 6Top with grated parmesan cheese.
  7. 7Bake the potatoes until golden brown.
  8. 8Garnish with fresh parsley.

  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
