Creamy Cucumber Salad

Directions
- 1Thinly slice the cucumbers.
- 2In a bowl, mix together the mayo, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
- 3Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and mix well.
- 4Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
