Buckeye Bars

Directions

  1. 1Combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, melted butter, and creamy peanut butter.
  2. 2Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 9x13 baking dish and smooth it out to an even layer.
  3. 3Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips, coconut oil, and creamy peanut butter in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds, or over a double boiler until smooth.
  4. 4Pour the melted chocolate mixture on top of the peanut butter filling and spread it out to an even layer.
  5. 5Chill the dish in the refrigerator for at least one hour until the bars are set and hardened.
  6. 6Loosen the edges, then use the parchment paper to lift the bars out of the dish and slice.

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
