Smashed Sweet Potatoes

Directions
- 1Place boiled sweet potatoes flat on a baking sheet and smash each one with the bottom of a glass.
- 2Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with sea salt and garlic powder.
- 3Grate parmesan cheese on top.
- 4Bake in the oven at 400°F.
