Directions
- 1Add four cups of chicken broth to a pot and season it with a little ginger powder, garlic powder and a fourth teaspoon of turmeric.
- 2Bring this to a simmer.
- 3Mix together three tablespoons of cornstarch with a fourth cup of cool water to make a slurry and slowly pour it in to thicken the soup.
- 4Begin stirring the soup in one direction and slowly drizzle in three beaten eggs.
- 5Season with a dash of white pepper, a little toasted sesame oil and finish with some green onions.
