Directions
- 1Add garlic cloves and beef tallow to a small baking dish and bake until roasted.
- 2Add onions to a pan on medium-high heat and get them a little burned.
- 3Add soy sauce and beef broth to the onions.
- 4Add some water to the pans to deglaze it and mix it.
- 5Add mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon, and dill to a jar.
- 6Add the caramelized onions and roasted garlic to the jar.
- 7Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
