Directions

  1. 1Insert a skewer into a potato and use a spiralizer to make a spiral.
  2. 2Crack 4 eggs into a baking sheet and whisk them together.
  3. 3Dip the spiralized potato into the egg mixture.
  4. 4Fry the potato in hot oil until golden brown.
  5. 5Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  6. 6Add mayonnaise, shredded cheese and seasoning.

  • 1 potatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch seasoning
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 handful shredded cheese
