Directions

  1. 1Wash and cut the potatoes into cubes.

  4. 4Add salt, pepper, and flour to the mashed potatoes.
  5. 5Mix the ingredients together.
  6. 6Roll out the potato mixture into a flat sheet.
  7. 7Cut the sheet into thin strips.
  8. 8Fry the potato strips in hot oil until golden brown.
