Directions

  1. 1Season four pieces of pork with one teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of black pepper.
  2. 2Spread the seasoning with your hands and flip the pork to repeat the process on the other side.
  3. 3In a skillet, add one tablespoon of butter and spread it until it melts.
  4. 4Place the seasoned pork in the skillet to fry.
  5. 5After a few minutes, flip the pork to brown it on the other side.
  6. 6Remove the pork from the skillet and place it on a plate, setting it aside.
  7. 7In the same skillet, add two onions diced into small cubes and sauté them.
  8. 8Add three cloves of minced garlic and continue stirring.
  9. 9Add 150 grams of sliced champignon mushroom.
  10. 10Add one cup of chicken broth and one tablespoon of wheat flour, mixing well until the ingredients combine and the texture is right.
  11. 11Return the pork on top of the mixture in the skillet.
  12. 12Cover the skillet and let it cook for 25 minutes.
  13. 13Remove the cooked pork and sauce from the skillet and place it on a plate.
  14. 14Finish with some parsley to taste.
