Steak bites queso dip

Directions
- 1Place cubed cream cheese and yellow cheddar cheese into an aluminum pan.
- 2Add diced onion, diced green chiles, canned diced tomatoes and green chiles, and a portion of the taco seasoning to the pan with the cheeses.
- 3Place the pan on the grill to melt the cheeses.
- 4Stir the cheese mixture until smooth.
- 5Cut the ribeye steak into bite-sized pieces and season with remaining taco seasoning.
- 6Sear the seasoned steak bites on a hot flat-top grill until browned.
- 7Top the melted queso dip with the seared steak bites.
